CAEC Online Small Group Tutoring

Welcome! Your eligible online CAEC course includes three complimentary 60-minute live online tutoring sessions to help you succeed.

Choose an available session below and complete your booking. You may attend Humanities (English & Social Studies) or STEM (Math & Science) tutoring sessions in any combination that best supports your learning.

 

Before You Book

  • Your course includes three tutoring sessions at no additional cost.
  • Sessions are delivered live online via Zoom.
  • Each session is 60 minutes.
  • Tutoring is offered in a small group setting to encourage discussion and questions.
  • Maximum 10 students per session.

 

Booking Your Session

Each tutoring session must be booked separately.

  1. Select an available date and time below.
  2. Enter your information.
  3. Enter your Tutoring Activation Code during checkout.
  4. Your booking total will be reduced to $0.00.
  5. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom meeting details.

 

Cancellation Policy

To retain your tutoring credit, sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the session, or missed without notice, will be considered used and cannot be rebooked.

 

Important Information

  • Tutoring sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Your tutoring sessions remain valid for the duration of your course, up to a maximum of three months from your course purchase date.
  • Please use the same email address you used when purchasing your online course.
  • If you need assistance, please contact us before your scheduled session.
